Jiubao Double Sided Copper Pcb is a printed circuit board with double-sided copper, including circuits on the top and bottom layers. It is a commonly used printed circuit board. Double-sided copper PCB can be wired and soldered on both sides, with a metal copper core in the middle, and an insulating layer between the circuit and the copper core. Both sides can be wired, which greatly reduces the difficulty of wiring, so it is widely used. Both sides of the double-sided board are wired, but in order to use the wires on both sides, there must be a proper circuit connection between the two sides, the "bridge" between the circuits is called a via. Vias are small holes on a PCB that are filled or coated with metal to connect wires on both sides. Double-sided circuit boards designed with vias are called true double-sided copper core PCBs. It can also be designed so that the double-sided circuit does not need to be connected, that is, it is the same as the ordinary single-sided circuit board but can achieve the same installation effect as the double-sided circuit board. We call it false double-sided copper PCB. Since the double-sided board has twice the area of the single-sided board, the double-sided board solves the problem of staggered wiring in the single-sided board, and can be connected to the other side through holes, so it is more suitable for circuits that are more complex than the single-sided board.

High-power heat dissipation is achieved through the large bosses on the upper and lower sides, and the external heat-dissipating aluminum parts are connected to the double-sided bosses for heat dissipation; at the same time, the upper and lower currents of the double-sided copper pcb are connected through vias, and only one-sided welding electrodes are needed to control the upper and lower lights. The beads are bright, the boss realizes heat dissipation, and the circuit realizes conduction. This is double-sided thermoelectric separation. The product has the advantages of large heat dissipation, low power consumption, stable performance and easy installation.
